Refund and Returns Policy

- You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at Support email id mentioning your Order ID.
- We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
- If you do not like the product, you will have to reach out to us at Support email id with the reasons and provide images of the product received. Our team will reachout to you and will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
- Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.
- When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchange requests are subject to availability. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or clearance items
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
